Our Founding Team
Garrett Ham
Garrett, a University of Arkansas School of Law graduate, began his career at Walmart’s Real Estate Department in Bentonville, Arkansas, managing multi-million dollar leases and ensuring regulatory compliance. While at Walmart, he served as a JAG officer in the Arkansas Army National Guard and later transitioned to active duty in the Air Force. Throughout his service, he developed a knack for real estate investment by buying and leasing properties. After completing his graduate studies at Yale University in 2019, Garrett returned to Bentonville, where he now resides with his family.
As our Principal Broker and CEO, he offers valuable legal and real estate expertise, ensuring property owners an edge in the market. Despite his nationwide experiences, Garrett’s heart remains in Northwest Arkansas.
Stephanie Byrnes
With a graduate degree in teacher leadership, Stephanie founded a glamping business in Northwest Arkansas, fueling her passion for hospitality. After transitioning the venture to new owners, her focus shifted to creating inviting spaces that reflect the essence of Northwest Arkansas. Stephanie’s keen collaboration with local businesses, combined with her swift and enthusiastic communication, ensures 5-star experiences for guests. A year-long travel experience in 2018 sharpened her insight into the guest perspective, enhancing her property design and management skills.
Living in Bella Vista, Arkansas, with her husband, Anthony, a Bentonville Public Schools teacher, and their four daughters, Stephanie remains a fervent promoter of Northwest Arkansas’s charm.
